
The housing includes a breakfast buffet; other meals are not provided. Nearby the school are many restaurants and a supermarket. The Hartig Guest House has a furnished kitchen on every floor where one can cook. Before students arrive a map will be prepared showing restaurants near the school that offer low-price complete lunches. All students and guests can visit a lunch menu of the Constans hotel for JPY 600 ( soup, main course, salad or dessert and a soft drink )
All participants coming to Prague must have health insurance. Students can arrange for insurance themselves, or ask Milan Agency Prague to purchase insurance for them at a cost of 2 Euros per person per day. Throughout the duration of the stay one can call the Prague Summer Academy's emergency number twenty-four hours a day. Health care, including dental care, is of standard European quality. The closest hospital is a ten-minute drive by car from the school.

Both hotels have WiFi in every room. Students can also use the internet in the office of the Prague Summer Academy.
The school is located in the historical heart of the city, and all points of interest for tourists are very close. Weather during the summer months is usually sunny with daytime temperatures around 25°C.
Boat sightseeing and a final party are included in the cost of the course of instruction. We can help to organize one day trips to Cesky Krumlov, Karlovy Vary or other Czech points of interest.
All students who successfully complete at least three lessons will receive certification of their studies. Those completing five or more lessons will receive a diploma in a folder, signed by every teacher who has taught the student at least twice. The diplomas will be presented before departure from Prague, at the Farewell Party or earlier.
