The application deadline is 31 May 2012. The application form and bank information may be found at www.prahamusic.com starting 1 April 2012. After filling out the application you can send it to Milan Agency Prague by regular mail, e-mail, or fax. Within fifteen days of delivery of the application the student will receive confirmation of its receipt.
